Cue ("we") helps you schedule and publish posts to your own social media accounts. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account info — your name and email, and a securely hashed password.
- Connected accounts — when you connect a social account, we store the access tokens needed to post on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Your content — the posts, captions, media, and schedules you create.
- Basic usage — minimal logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To publish the posts you schedule, to the accounts you connect.
- To show you your own analytics, queue, and reports.
- To keep the service secure and working.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We send your content only to the social platforms you choose to connect (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), using their official APIs.
Your control
- You can disconnect any social account at any time.
- You can delete your account and its data from within the app, which permanently removes your brands, posts, and connected-account tokens.
